Training
I trained at the prestigious Clifton Practice (CPHT), which is a recognised centre of excellence in the UK, whose techniques are grounded in the most up to date research in neuroscience.
Here I gained my Diploma in Solution Focused Hypnotherapy (DSFH) and additionally the Hypnotherapy in Practice Diploma (HPD), which is considered to be the Gold Standard in hypnotherapy training.
Professional Association Membership
I am a member of three professional associations:
• The Association for Solution Focused Hypnotherapy (AfSFH)
• The National Council for Hypnotherapy (NCH)
• The Complimentary & Natural Healthcare Council (CNHC)
I abide by each of their strict codes of conduct, performance, and professional ethics, ensuring that clients receive a high standard of service and care at all times.

I’m registered with the Information Commissioners Office (ICO) – the UK’s independent body, which upholds information rights and data privacy for individuals. I adhere to their strict code to ensure any personal or confidential data is held privately and securely.
