Commitment and Results
In making a booking you acknowledge that you have made a commitment to yourself for the sessions.
While the results of solution focused hypnotherapy can be significant, they cannot be guaranteed. To gain the best results it is important that you attend regularly and engage in the process both during and outside of sessions.
Payments, Appointments and Cancellations
All sessions are payable 24 hours prior to the session, via bank transfer.
Missed appointments or appointments which are rescheduled with less than 24 hours notice are chargeable at the full fee.

Confidentiality
At Willow Tree Hypnotherapy all information (verbal and written notes) is considered strictly private and confidential, in line with data protection (GDPR) laws. However, there are some legal and moral limitations to the above in accordance with the Professional Code of Ethics of the National Council of Hypnotherapy:
• should information arise concerning serious risk of harm to a client or to others, then contact would be made with other appropriate outside services and contact made with clients GP.
• In the circumstances where a court order is presented for access to information.
